Classes
Our instructors are local established artists working in many mediums such as watercolor, acrylics, mixed media, and more.
Classes are intimate small group settings. We value individual artistic expression.
Participants do not ‘copy,’ but instead, use an experimental approach as they incorporate new techniques to create works of art.
Decadent Gifts and Gallery will be offering a variety of Art Classes and Art Talks in our After-Hours Series.
Classes and Art Talks usually meet on Tuesday or Thursday evenings or Saturday afternoons and are held at Decadent Gifts and Gallery.
Larger events hosted by Decadent Gifts and Gallery may be offered at a different location, such as the BrewProjekt.
With small class sizes, events sell out quickly, so check back often for new offerings.
Linoleum Printmaking

If you've ever wanted to print your own creative designs that can be printed on paper items, this will be the perfect workshop for you!
Carve your own image on a 4x6 block of linoleum.
No prior carving experience is needed as this is a beginning level class.
Tickets - $30+ fees
Age requirement 18+ (sharp tools will be used)
Herringbone Bracelet Workshop
Sat. Nov. 7th - 10am-2pm

Barbara Dunham will lead a class in hand beaded jewelry. The class will be creating a single strand bracelet of herringbone design with a metal toggle closure. Students are encouraged to bring reading glasses if they wear them.
Barbara has been creating her one-of-a-kind, hand beaded jewelry designs for over 7 years. She describes her work as quietly elegant made of top tier materials. The glass beads purchased from Japan are lightweight & hypoallergenic. Barbara uses ultra strong Berkley Fishing line as thread to insure there is no breakage. The designs are created by sewing the beads together one at a time with no looms or stringing. She invites her students to learn this skill in time to make last minute Christmas gifts.

Eraser Stamp Making

Wire Wrapped Fish Bones

Participants will learn how to create elegant, fish‑bone–inspired earrings using simple wire‑wrapping techniques.
Drawing inspiration from skeletal forms found in nature, the class focuses on turning linear structures—spines, ribs, and rhythmic repetition—into striking wearable art.
No prior wire‑working experience is required. Beginners will build confidence with basic tools, while more experienced makers are encouraged to experiment with wire gauges, asymmetry, and embellishments.

Moonlit Raven Acrylic Painting

Celebrate the spooky season with a creative night out at the Brewing Projekt with your favorite Decadent Gifts and Gallery instructors.
Join us for a step-by-step acrylic painting class as we create striking Moonlit Raven masterpieces featuring a mysterious raven silhouetted against glowing moons and celestial orbs. This class is for all skill levels. from complete beginners to experienced painters. You'll apply basic acrylic painting techniques, color blending, layering, and how to add vibrant highlights to bring your raven to life. Best of all, you'll leave with a finished 11" x 14" canvas ready to display for the season.
All painting supplies and one drink ticket are included! Gather a few friends for a fun and relaxing evening of art, creativity, and Halloween inspired fun! Space is limited, so snag your ticket early!

Wire Wrapped Swords

Class is Saturday November 14th 2-4pm
Learn to craft wire jewelry shaped like medieval swords using basic wire working techniques. This hands on class covers shaping blades, guards, and handles, plus clean wrapping and finishing. No experience required. Participants leave with a completed pendant and adaptable design skills.
