October Featured Artist
As a multi-media artist from Eau Claire, Wisconsin, I work across multiple disciplines including photography and textiles to explore the intersections of psychology, horror, death, and religion. My fascination with the uncanny serves as a catalyst for examining the darker aspects of the human psyche, inviting viewers to confront fear and memory through material form. My photography embodies this exploration, focusing on domestic entropy and the quiet hauntings of home: peeling wallpaper, collapsing furniture, and windows open to the elements reveal how ordinary spaces transform when abandoned to time. In my work, horror and beauty intertwine, showing that homes, like bodies, continue to remember us long after we are gone.
